Local Transportation

Welcome Party - Friday, June 21

6:30pm and 7:30pm shuttles from the Hyatt and the Delamar to BGTC
9:00pm and 10:00pm return shuttles from BGTC to the Hyatt and the Delamar


Wedding- Saturday, June 22

4:00pm shuttles at the Hyatt Regency and Delamar to River Hills
Ongoing shuttles from River Hills to the Hyatt (hourly) and the Delamar (every 30 minutes) starting at 10pm


Uber and Lyft do not operate in Bedford, so we recommend pre-planning your transportation to the airport or back to New York City. Below are some recommended car services & local taxi companies:

Hyatt Regency Greenwich

We have a block of rooms at the Hyatt Greenwich, which is approximately 20 minutes from all weekend events.

Rental Homes:
There are a number of rental house options available through Airbnb or VRBO. These are likely to book up quickly so we recommend reserving as soon as possible. 

Airports & Trains


The closest airport to Bedford is HPN (15 mins), followed by LGA (50-60 min), JFK (60-75 min) & EWR (75 min). Ubers & Lyfts should be readily available at each of these airports upon arrival.

The train from NYC is about 60 minutes and departs from Grand Central. The closest train stations are Greenwich, Bedford Hills and Mt. Kisco.
